摘　　要：汶川地震后的抗震救灾,这一典型的非战争军事行动,给军校教育训练带来了诸多的启示。根据部队担负多样化军事任务的时代需要,军队院校必须加强教育训练改革。本文紧紧围绕这一特殊的任务背景,提出了军校教育训练的"八个加强",为全面提高培养人才的质量服务。The rescue operation after the earthquake in Wenchuan is a typical non - war military action, which provides a great deal of enlightenment to the education and training in military academies. They must improve the reform of education and training in accordance with the demand for undertaking various military missions. In the light of the special background, the paper puts forward 8 viewpoints on the education and training in military academies to improve overall the quality of the cultivation of talented peoole.
