摘 要:任职教育院校运用"订单式"人才培养模式,能够充分利用院校、合作部队的各种教育资源,通过签订人才培养协议,可以共同制定人才培养方案、实时更新教学内容、灵活组织教学时间,从而实现院校、部队和学员三方利益的"共赢"。院校通过建立调研论证机制、选拔淘汰机制、外部论证机制和长效运行机制,可以解决"订单式"培养中的"短视"行为,处理好与其他培养模式之间的关系,完善教学质量监控体系和学员弹性学分考评制度。The application of "order form" talents training pattern in the military institute of professional education can make full use of the institute and the cooperation troop' s educational resources. Through signed the agreement on talents training, the talents training program can be established together, the teaching content can be updated in time, the teaching time can be organized agilely. So the institute, troop and trainees can benefit from the pattern. The institute can establish the mechanism of survey and demonstration, the mechanism of selection and eliminate, the mechanism of demonstration outside, the mechanism of long nan to solve the "shortsighted" behavior in the "order form" training pattern, dispose the relationship with the other training patterns well, improve the monitoring system of teaching quality and the appraisal system of flexible credit.
