摘　　要：目的报道修[足母]背皮肤缺损的手术方法和临床疗效。方法采用带足内侧隐神经营养血管远端蒂皮瓣修复[足母]背皮肤缺损。结果临床应用16例，皮瓣全部成活，随访6～24月，外形、功能满意。结论足内侧隐神经营养血管皮瓣的手术切取操作简单，血供可靠，是比较理想的修复[足母]背皮肤缺损的手术方法。Objective To report surgical method and clinical efficacy for repairing dorsal skin defect of hallux.Metbods Used medial foot saphenous neurocutaneous vascular flap with distal pedicle to repair dorsal skin defect of hallux.Results 16 cases were applied, flaps aH survived, followed-up for 6-24 months, It obtained satisfactory contour and function. Conclusion It is an ideal method in repair of dorsal skin defects of hallux by transfer of medial foot saphenous neurocutaneous vascular flap, with its simple procedure and reliable blood supply.
