摘　　要：系统介绍了WinCC组态软件和S7-300系列PLC在国内某汽车总装车间监控系统中的应用,并详细描述了该系统的硬件组成,PLC和上位机WinCC的通信方式以及监控画面的制作,最后设计开发了报警消息系统。运行结果表明该系统性能稳定,完全满足了生产需要。This article introduces the application of PLC in Car Assembly-line Monitoring System. between PLC and WinCC, and the creation end, the system of report forms is designed. and can fully meet the needs of production. of mon The ru WinCC configuration software and S7-300 series The hardware structure, communication mode itoring interface are discussed in general.
