摘　　要：在变电站自动化系统中,数据通信是一个重要环节。采用Windows XP Embedded操作系统给出了一种通信管理机的设计和实现,实现了变电站与相关智能设备、调度自动化主站系统之间的网络通信。通信管理机作为远动工作站、保护管理机、通信工作站、规约转换器等角色,成功地与其他子系统一块组成了基于以太网的变电站自动化系统。现场实际运行证明,系统灵活、健壮易于维护。Data Communication is a crucial part of substation automation system （SAS）. A communication manager machine based on windows xp embeded is presented. It realized substation networked communication. Using communication manager machine as RTU workstation, relay manager machine, relay room communication machine and protocol transformer,together with other subsystem to form soundly into the new Ethernet based SAS. The users gave good remark to the system in agility, haleness and easy maintenance.
