摘　　要：反调节水库在电网中主要承担基荷任务,电能质量较差,技术经济指标也相对较差。但反调节水库的作用却是有目共睹的,不仅保证上游水电站在电网中的调峰作用,为上游水电站增加了调峰发电效益,而且保证了下游灌溉、供水、航运和生态环境的稳定,并增加了灌溉面积和供水量,为下游带来了巨大的社会效益。定义反调节水库带来的效益为综合效益,从内部和外部两个角度对反调节水库的作用进行分类分析和效益评价,并以实例验证反调节水库的综合效益。In the Power Grid, anti-regulation reservoir is primarily undertaking the base load. Its electric quality is poor and the technical and economic indices are rather low too. But, as well known, the anti-regulation reservoir ensures the upstream hydropower station＇s peak modulation effectively, and ensures the stability of the downstream in irrigation, water supply, shipping and ecological environment.It brings large social benefits from increasing the irrigation area and the water supply. In this article, the benefit from the anti-regulation reservoir is defined as comprehensive benefit, having made assortment analysis and benefit evaluation to the functions of anti-regulation reservoir from internal and external aspects. At last an example is given to validate the anti-regulation reservoir＂ s comprehensive benefit.
