摘　　要：本文提出通过对传统医疗流程的改造,来达到提高整体医疗系统效率的方法。在信息化平台的基础上,重新规划病患的医疗过程,使之成为可以进行优化选择的平行路径,并给出了此模型的描述。还提出了医疗资源动态调配的方案。采用本文的新模式,可使医疗资源间既相互协同又不排除相互竞争。The authors propose the method to improve the efficiency in the whole medical system by transforming the traditional medical flow. At the information-based platform,the medical flow process should be replanned for the diseases so that it can be the parallel path to make optimized choices. The model of it is described in the article. The program of dynamic allocation of medical resources is also suggested by the writers. There will be communal cooperative interaction and competition in the application of medical resources according to the new model in this article.
