环球金融危机后国际货币体系改革的思考

摘　　要：2007年以来,美国次贷危机引发的环球金融危机使国际社会开始关注国际货币体系的改革。许多国家开始试图寻找可以替代美元的其他储备货币。当前国际货币体系仍然存在许多缺陷,并非每个国家的主权货币都具备成为本位货币的条件。虽然当前改革以美元为主导的国际货币体系的方案有很多,但是面对金融危机时,国际社会做应当做的不是寻找美元的替代品,而是纠正导致金融危机的制度性缺陷。Since 2007, the sub-prime mortgage crisis in the USA make the whole international society pay attention to the reformation of the international currency system. Many countries start to find a new international reserve currency in order to replace the US dollar. The existent international currency system still has some limitations, and not every country＇ s currency can meet the condition to be a international reserve currency. There＇ re lots of programs to reform the existent American dollar-dominated international currency system, but when the international society confront the global financial crisis, what it should do is correcting the institutional limitations which caused the crisis, but not find a replacement of the US dollar.
