疾病不确定感对初诊高血压患者降压疗效及服药依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的观察疾病不确定感对初诊高血压患者降压疗效及服药依从性的影响,研究其规律性。方法选择2008年1—12月新检出的133例高血压患者,采用Missals疾病不确定感量表和Morisy服药依从性调查问卷进行评估,观察患者治疗前后血压值、疗效和服药依从性等指标。结果疾病不确定感量表得分偏高组平均年龄高于得分偏低患者;治疗后血压平均值和疗效各指标较得分偏低组差(P<0.05);服药依从性各指标低于得分偏低患者(P<0.05)。结论初诊高血压患者的疾病不确定感明显影响患者的治疗效果及服药依从性。护理人员应注意对初诊高血压患者进行不确定感评估,为患者提供各种相关知识和信息支持,降低患者疾病不确定感,从而提高其治疗的依从性和效果。Objective To observe the influence of uncertainty in illness on blood-pressure lowering treatment effect and the medicine taking compliance among patients newly-diagnosed with hypertension. Methods By means of Missals Illness Uncertainty Scale and Morisy questionnaire, a survey was made with 133 patients newly diagnosed with hypertension between January and December 2008. And observations were made of their blood pressure, treatment effect and medicine taking compliance both before and after the treatment. Results The age of the group which scored high for uncertainty in illness was greater than that of the group which scored low. The group which scored high for uncertainty in illness scored higher for the post-treatment average blood pressure and worse treatment effect （P〈0.05）, and scored lower for medicine taking compliance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Uncertainty in illness has distinct influence on the treatment effect and medicine taking compliance among patients newly-diagnosed with hypertension. Therefore, nursing personnel should assess the uncertainty in illness in patients newly diagnosed with hypertension in order to improve the patients＇ compliance and treatment effect.
