摘 要:目前混凝沉降、砂滤、氯气消毒等常规水处理工艺已经较难达到饮用水的最新国家标准,水处理新工艺、新技术的开发势在必行。本文在自行设计的2吨/小时的中试水处理装置上,以山东省东营市某水库水为原水,先采用混凝沉降、砂滤两步常规工艺,在随后的深度处理中依次通过精密过滤、臭氧氧化消毒、活性炭纤维吸附净化、紫外杀菌四步处理,考察活性炭纤维等深度净化技术对水质的净化效果。试验发现,该组合工艺净化出水完全符合饮用水最新国家标准。通过本试验,为活性炭纤维在饮用水中的应用提供了必要的基础数据。Currently, the conventional technologies including sedimentation and sand filtration in water purification are difficult to meet the latest national standards of drinking water. Under this circumstance ,it is urgently needed to develop new water treatment techniques. In this paper,coagulant was put into the raw water from one reservoir at Dongying for sedimentation,and sand filtration was employed for further purification. Sophisticated filtering ,ozone disinfection ,activated carbon fiber adsorption, and ultraviolet sterilization were subsequently introduced for deep purification. The results show that the quality of drinking water purified by new technique can meet the latest national standards of drinking water. In addition ,this work makes the application of activated carbon fiber more feasible in the industry of drinking water.
