摘 要:为利用生焦粉的自烧结性能制备高密度高强度炭材料,本文以生焦粉为原料直接压制并烧结得到炭材料。分析了生焦粉的红外光谱结构;测定了生焦粉的粒径;观察了炭材料试样烧结后的微观形貌;研究了试样性能与研磨时间、成型压力的关系。实验表明试样体积密度、肖氏硬度、机械强度等随着磨碎时间延长和成型压力适当增大而得到提高。High density and high strength carbon materials were prepared by using the self--sintering characteristic of green petroleum coke powders which is used as raw materials after repression and sintering directly. The green petroleum coke powders were analyzed by means of FTIR. Its particle diameter was tested. The relationship between the performances of carbon materials with grinding time and forming pressure was researched. Experiments results show that the performances of carbon materials such as bulk--density,HS hardness,machine--strength,and so on are enhanced when the grinding time was prolonged and the molding--pressure was increased properly.
