民用爆炸物品储存库爆炸环境风险值的计算

摘　　要：针对民用爆炸物品储存库所存物品具有易爆的高度危险属性,针对该类项目风险类型为爆炸的特征,建立了从爆炸导致的冲击波、飞石、爆轰产物致人死亡数求算风险事故危害值,进而计算出风险值的方法。通过实例计算,证实了该风险值计算方法是一种针对性、可操作性、实用性较强的评价方法,为类似工程的风险评价提供了有益借鉴。同时,也为民用爆炸物品储存库选址阶段提供了较为快捷的合理性判断方法。The goods stored at civil exploder depositories are prone to blast and pose high risks on the surrounding environment.This paper establishes an effective calculation method to evaluate the potential blasting risks from civil exploder depositories,in view of the consequent shock wave,the blasting drifts,and the number of victims.This calculation is demonstrated to be pertinent,maneuverable,and practicable,by application to a civil exploder depository.This calculation method is applicable to other similar project risk assessments,and is also helpful for quickly blasting risk assessments to new civil exploder depositories before construction.
