摘  要:采用微波辐射法水热合成了Mg-SAPO-34分子筛,并采用XRD、BET、FT-IR和NH3-TDP手段对合成的Mg-SAPO-34进行了表征。考察了微波辐射时间、功率对合成Mg-SAPO-34的影响,也考察了Mg-SAPO-34样品对甲醇制烯烃反应(MTO)的催化性能。结果表明,采用微波辐射法合成Mg-SAPO-34分子筛的最佳辐射功率450W,最佳辐射时间45min。微波合成的Mg-SAPO-34分子筛用于MTO催化反应,甲醇的转化率达100%,乙烯的选择性为55.3%,丙烯选择性为31.35%,低碳烯烃总选择性达到86.65%。Mg-SAPO-34 molecular sieve was synthesized hydrothermally under microwave irradiation. Effects of microwave irradiation power and time on the Mg-SAPO-34 synthesis were investigated. The sample was characterized by XRD, BET, FT-IR and NH3-TDP techniques and used as catalyst in the methanol-to-olefins (MTO) reaction. The results showed that the optimal microwave irradiation power and time for the synthesis of Mg-SAPO-34 were 450 W and 45 min respectively. Mg-SAPO-34 synthesized by microwave heating exhibited excellent catalytic activity for MTO reaction, in which methanol conversion, the selectivity of ethylene and selectivity of propylene reached 100%, 55.3% and 31. 35% respectively. The selectivity of total light olefins in MTO reaction was 86.65 %.
