摘 要:利用三维造型软件创建了50ZB-25D型射流式自吸喷灌泵的内部全流场,运用FLUENT软件计算了该泵在3种情况,即回流阀完全关阀、不使用回流阀、回流阀完全关阀但不考虑分离室和储液室的影响等情况下的效率,探讨了回流阀、分离室和储液室对泵效率的影响.为了验证运用FLUENT计算射流式自吸喷灌泵效率的准确性,对该泵做了效率试验.运用FLUENT软件提供的M ixture两相流模型,对泵自吸过程中的气液两相流进行了非定常计算,探讨了自吸过程中泵体内气液两相流流动规律.结果表明,回流阀对泵效率的影响很大,而分离室和储液室结构的复杂性并不会产生大的影响;数值模拟结果与试验结果的吻合度较高,效率在各个流量点下相差不超过3%,扬程相差不超过1.5 m.In order to study the effect of the valve and outer pump casing on self-priming irrigation pump efficiency, the inner flow model of 50ZB -25 D self-priming irrigation pump was built by three-dimensio- nal modeling software, and the pump efficiency was calculated by FLUENT software under three different conditions:recycling valve closed, recycling valve not used, recycling valve closed but the influence of outer pump casing ignored. To verify the calculation accuracy of pump efficiency with FLUENT, the pump efficiency was tested experimentally. To further study gas-liquid two-phase flow in the pump self- priming process, three-dimensional simulation was performed for the gas-liquid two-phase unsteady turbu- lent flow by using FLUENT software with Mixture model. The results indicate that the valve has great in- fluence on the self-priming irrigation pump efficiency, but the complexity of the outer pump casing struc- ture has little effect. The numerical results less than 3% in efficiency and less than 1. agree favorably with the experimental data with discreparcies 5 meters in head.
