论湖北资本主义工商业社会主义改造的特点和历史局限性

摘　　要：湖北资本主义工商业社会主义改造是全国的一个缩影,其中民生轮船公司的公私合营的方式被称为"无痛分娩法"并在全国作为典型推广。湖北资本主义工商业社会主义改造的鲜明特点是以发展生产力为导向,注重改造中的思想政治工作,辩证看待资本主义工商业,注意防止"左"的偏差,及时纠正过"左"行为以及注重结合省情进行社会主义改造,这在全国具有示范意义,但这一改造在进入高潮后也存在深刻的教训。The socialist reform of capitalist industry and commerce of Hubei province was the epitome of the reform all over China,in which the public-private partnership reform of Minsheng Steamboat Company was called ＂painless delivery＂ and has been promoted as a national model. The socialist reform of capitalist industry and commerce of Hubei had distinctive features as follow, focusing on productivity hereby to promote reform; attaching importance to the ideological and political works in reform;treating the capitalist industry and commerce dialectically;preventing the reform from the ＂left＂ deviations and rectifying the excessive ＂left＂ errors in time as well as laying stress on combining with specific provincial situation in reform, which plays an exemplary role in the country. After reaching climax,the reform in Hubei also has the profound lessons and experiences.
