摘  要:论述了不动管柱压裂两层及排液一体化工艺技术的意义、工艺原理、主要工具技术参数,以及现场试验情况。应用这项技术能够解决探井在不动管柱的条件下连续压裂两层,压后排液求产、压前和压后测井温等。该技术使试油工序衔接更加紧密,可减少压裂液对储层的浸泡时间,降低储层的损害程度;缩短施工周期,减少作业费用,减轻工人的劳动强度,改善工人的作业环境;实现环保施工;满足不断发展的勘探开发工艺技术的要求,具有广泛的推广应用前景。This paper describes the meaning,principle,main tool specifications and field experiment of the technology of dual layer fracturing combined with production testing without moving string.This technology can be used to fracture two layers continuously without moving string,then to produce the well to obtain its production rate,and to measure the temperature of the well before and after fracturing.The technology makes operation sequence of well test more compact,shortens the soak time of facture liquid and the whole operation time,makes the damage less serious,reduces the operation expenses,eases the labor intensity,improves the labor environment and meets the requirement of developing exploration and exploitation technology,and so is worth to be spreaded.
