摘　　要：泽泻汤为临床治疗痰浊上犯所致支饮、冒眩的常用专方、效方,从剂量配比规律、兼病兼证立法遣药技巧、据病势病程选用方药以及重视察舌验脉等角度,初步探讨了泽泻汤辨治内耳眩晕症的配伍规律。Zexie Tang is the specific and effective prescription in clinical treatment for treating fluid -retention syndrome characterized by dyspnea and edema and vertigo caused by turbid phlegm. This article will discuss the compatibility laws of Zexie Tang treating vertigo in inner ear from the different perspectives of dosage compatibility laws, techniques of prescribing for accompanying symptoms, determining prescription according to the seriousness and course of illnesses, and attaching great importance to the diagnosis ways of observing tongue and feeling pulse.
