柔肝抑纤饮联合二至丸对肝纤维化小鼠肝组织病理形态学和肝细胞超微结构的影响  被引量:5

摘  要:目的:观察柔肝抑纤饮及其加用二至丸在抗小鼠早期肝纤维化形成方面有无差异并探讨其机制。方法:建立小鼠血吸虫性肝纤维化模型,将其随机分组:A组(正常组);C组(吡喹酮组);D组(柔肝抑纤饮组);E组(柔肝抑纤饮+二至丸组)。除A组外,各组分别灌服相应药物,HE染色,VG染色,电镜进行肝组织病理学观察,检测ALT、ALB。结果:D、E组肝脏病变程度较C组明显减轻,而以E组减轻更加明显,肝窦的完整性和通透性较好;在升高ALB,降低肝组织胶原染色百分比含量等方面E组均明显优于D组(P<0.05),结论:联合二至丸后,柔肝抑纤饮抗小鼠肝纤维化的作用得以增强,提示二至丸对其具有增效、协同作用。Objective : Try to find the difference of the effects in preventing the form of liver fibrosis between Rougan yixianyin decoction only and the decoction combined with Erzhi pill, thus reveal the mechanism of anti - fibrosis. Methods : The earlier stage of mice hepatic fibrosis model was made by infected with cereariae of schistosoma japonicum, 48 mice were divided into 4 groups: group A (Normal control group) , group C (Praziquantel group), group D (Rougan yixianyin group), group E (Rougan yixianyin + Erzhi pill group), mice of each group were infected with cercariae except group A. then, group D were fed with Rougan yixianyin decoction, group E with Rougan yixianyin + Erzhi pill, and group A C were fed with physiological saline respectively for 40 days. ALT and ALB in serum were tested, and the histo- pathology of hepatic tissue was observed too ( by HE/VG dye). Results: Group D and E were much better than Group C in observations of liver histopathology , especially group E ; In terms of increasing ALB, decreasing the collagen percentage content of hepatic tissue, Group E was much better than Group D ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions : The anti - fibrosis effects of Rougan yixianyin plus Erzhi pill were proved to be much better thin using Rougan yixianyin only.
