摘  要:目的:评价甘草酸二铵磷脂复合物注射剂(DG-PC)的对急性、慢性免疫性肝脏损害的保护作用。方法:大鼠腹腔注射四氯化碳、C57BL/6 J小鼠注射氨基半乳糖和Freund完全佐剂(FCA)分别复制急性和慢性肝脏损害模型,测定血清ALT、AST,并对肝脏进行病理学观察。结果:DG-PC能降低急性肝损大鼠ALT水平(P<0.05)和慢性肝损伤小鼠的AST水平(P<0.01)。急性肝损伤大鼠肝组织评分结果显示DG-PC能显著降低四氯化碳染毒肝脏组织的病理评分(P<0.01),DG和模型组没有差异。肝组织切片光镜和电镜观测均显示,DG-PC可以改善急慢性肝损伤导致的肝细胞变性和损伤。结论:DG-PC对于大鼠急性化学性肝损伤和C57BL/6 J小鼠慢性免疫性肝损伤均具有一定的保护作用。Objective:To investigate the protective effects of diammonium glycyrrhizinate phospholipid complex injection ( DG - PC) on acute and chronic - immunological liver injury. Methods : Acute hepatic injury rat model was established by intrapeHtoneal (ip) injection with carbon tetrachloride (CC14 ) ,chronic -immunological hepatic liver was produced by D - galactosamine combined with Frcunds'complete adjuvant (FCA). ALT and AST were assayed in both models,as well as hepatic tissue pathology examination. Results: The liver function results showed that DG - PC can lower ALT after acute liver injury (P 〈 0.05 ) , and significantly decrease AST after chronic liver injury (P 〈 0.01 ), whiles DG has no difference. DG - PC can significantly lower score than DG compared to the model group on pathology examination (P 〈 0. 01 ). Hepatic pathology study showed DG- PC could alleviate hepatic inflammation and effectively protect liver cells. Conclution: Diammonium glycyrrhizinate phospholipid complex injection has protective effects on acute hepatic injury induced by CC14 in rat, as well as chronic and immunological liver damage induced by D - Gal/FCA in mice.
