摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定罗布麻叶中芦丁和槲皮素的含量。方法:采用krom asil C18柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇(A)-0.08%磷酸(B),梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL/m in;检测波长360nm。结果:芦丁进样量在0.42~7.10μg范围内(r=0.9998),槲皮素进样量在0.011~0.19μg范围内(r=0.9997)线性关系良好,平均回收率芦丁为98.77%(RSD%=1.2),槲皮素为99.19%(RSD%=1.8)。结论:该方法操作简便,准确,重复性好,可同时测定罗布麻叶中芦丁和槲皮素的含量。Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of rutin and quercetin in Foliuna apocyni venety. Methods : Analyses were carried out using a kromasil Cls column ( 4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm ). The mobile phase was A (methanol) - B(0.08% phosphoric acid solution) with gradient elution and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min ,the UV detector was set at 360nm. Results : A linear relationship of rutin was good at the range of 0.42 - 7. 10μg ( r = 0. 9998) and quercetin was good at the range of 0.011 ~ 0. 19μg ( r = 0.9997 ). The average recovery of rutin was 98.77% ( RSD% = 1.2) and of quercetin was 99.19% (RSD% = 1.8 ). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and good reproducibility. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of rutin and quercetin in Folium apocyni venety.
