肠溶脉血康胶囊治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察脉血康胶囊治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效和安全性。方法:108例患者采用随机分组的临床研究方法,对照组52例,采用传统的基础治疗,治疗组56例,在对照组治疗的基础上加用脉血康胶囊治疗,一个疗程为20天,治疗结束后记录不良反应。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为89.3%和61.5%,P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论:脉血康胶囊能改善内耳微循环,治疗突发性耳聋疗效显著,副作用少。Objective ： To observe the clinic effect and security of maixuekang capsule in treatment of sudden deafness. Methods ： 108 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 52 patients of control groups were treated by traditional basic treatment. On the basic of the traditional treatment, 56 patients of the treatment groups were treated with maixuekang capsule,20 days as one therapeutic course. The untoward reaction was noted after therapy. Results：The total effective rate of treatment groups is 89.3% and the total effective rate ofcontrolgroupsis61.5%. The total effective rate between two groups showed significant difference after therapy,P 〈 0.01. Conclusions：Maixuekang capsule can significant improve the internal ear microcycle, It was effective and safe in the the treatment of sudden deafness, the side effect are few.
