摘　　要：对杀虫剂ＮＩ－２５有效成份Ａｃｅｔａｍｉｐｒｉｄ的理化性质和对人畜的安全性，Ａｃｅｔａｍｉｐｒｉｄ及其中间体合成方法进行了概述。介绍了ＮＩ－２５独特的作用机理和应用特点，并对国内开发ＮＩ－２５的可行性进行了简单分析。指出了ＮＩ－２５是９０年代防治对传统杀虫剂已产生抗性害虫的一种理想药剂，具有广阔的开发前景。Physico-chemical properties of the effective ingredient acetamiprid of NI-25 insecticide,its safeties to human and animal,and the synthesis method of acetamiprid and its intermediates are described.Its unique mechnism on insects and application characteristics are introduced,and the feasibility of developing NI-25 is simply analysized too.It points out that NI-25 is an ideal farm chemicals to control pests of resistant to the traditional insecticides in 1990′s,and it has broad developing prospects.
