摘  要:目的探索人体蠕形螨更加精准、清晰的样本分离方法。方法采用自制刮取式取螨器、昆虫针作为取螨工具,选用2%(安利)餐具洗洁精作为皮脂溶解剂,用凹玻片作为清洗容器,从受检者皮脂分泌物中分离出清洁活螨的方法。结果从57位中、重度感染患者鼻部、额部、背部皮脂分泌物中共分离出了301条清洁的毛囊蠕形螨和47条皮脂腺蠕形螨。结论该法可快速、完整地分离出人体清洁活螨,为进一步开展人体蠕形螨的研究奠定基础。Objective To explore more accurate and precise method to separate human Demodex from sebaceous secretion.Method Self made scraping appliance and improved insect-pin were used as the tool to take mites.Tableware detergent (2%) was used as the grease solvent,and concave slide was used as the cleaning container to separate clean living mites from sebaceous secretion.Result A total of 301 clean Demodex folliculorum and 47 Demodex brevis were separated from sebaceous secretions in the nose,forehead,back of 57 patients with moderate to severe infection of Demodex.Conclusion This method can quickly and completely separate clean living mites from human,which is the base for the further study of Demodex.
