摘　　要：燃煤电厂炉内结渣是一个多发性难题,严重影响着机组运行的安全性和经济性。针对某发电厂4号磨煤机燃烧器结渣问题,论述了锅炉结渣的危害,分析了结渣的影响因素。通过煤质测试,空气动力场试验等,找到了结渣原因并给出了相应的对策,使该厂锅炉结渣现象得到明显控制。Slagging in furnace is a multiple problem that impacts on safety,reliability and economy of unit operation in thermal power plants.According to the slagging problem of burners for No.4 mill in a power plant,the hazards of the slagging problem of coal-fired boiler are discussed,and the influence factors that cause boiler slagging are analyzed.Through coal property measurement and experimental research of aerodynamic field,the slagging causes are found out and the corresponding measures are given.
