安康地区小水电发展问题分析及对策

摘　　要：小水电的大量开发,给安康供电局小水电管理带来的一系列问题,针对这些问题,对安康供电局目前小水电建设情况、安康电网输送能力、电力负荷水平,及对安康地区售电市场及水电开发进行了分析,从规划、建设、运营等方面提出了解决的措施。Small Hydropower is widely used,so a series of questions occurred in small hydropower management of Ankang Power Supply Bureau.This paper discusses the questions in Ankang Power Supply Bureau,such as the construction situation of the small hydropower.transmission capability of Anakng grid,power load level as well as the electric power market ＆amp; hydropower development in Ankang.Furthermore,the paper also proposes some countermeasures from the perspectives of planning,construction and operation.
