摘 要:以Ca(NO3)2和KF为原料,采用水溶液直接沉淀法制备CaF2粉体,通过XRD、SEM、粒径分析方法,研究反应物浓度对产物CaF2粉体晶粒尺寸、颗粒大小及分布的影响。结果表明:随着反应物浓度增加,所得CaF2粉体的晶粒尺寸先增加后减小,粉体颗粒大小随晶粒尺寸减小而减小,且其颗粒分布范围随之变窄。反应物浓度达到饱和浓度时,所得CaF2粉体的晶粒尺寸达到最小,粉体稍有团聚,其颗粒分布呈现单分散性。CaF2 powder was prepared by aqueous solutions direct precipitation methods, with Ca( NO3 )2 and KF as raw materials. Through XRD, SEM, particle size analysis methods, the irrfluenees of reactant concentration on CaF2 powder grain size, particle size and distribution were studied, which provide an ex- perimental basis for the simple preparation of large number of CaF2 nanopowders. The results show that: With the increase in the concentration of reactants, the grain size of CaF2 powders increase first and then decreases, powder particle size decreases with the grain size decreases, and the subsequent narrowing the scope of particle size distribution. When the reactant concentration reach saturation concentration, the grain size of the prepared CaF2 powder is minimum, the powder shows a little reunion, and its particle size distribution is of mono-dispersed.
