环磷酰胺联合糖皮质激素治疗寻常型天疱疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨环磷酰胺联合糖皮质激素治疗寻常型天疱疮的近期和远期疗效。方法收集近10年111例经临床、病理确诊为寻常型天疱疮患者的详细资料,随机分为A、B两组,并进行比较评估。结果近期疗效和远期疗效,两组相近(P>0.05)。但是减量前激素用量、皮损控制时间和皮损痊愈时间A组均明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论环磷酰胺静脉冲击(五日疗法)联合糖皮质激素是治疗寻常型天疱疮的较好方法。Objective To investigate the short-term and long-term efficacy of intravenous cyclophos- phamide（CTX） plus corticosteroid in the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris. Method The 111 patients with pemphigus vulgaris who were diagnosed bY clinical manifestations and histopathology were divided into A group and B group randomly. Their curative effect was evaluated. Result There was no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05） in terms of short-term and long-term efficacy. The results were showed that significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05） in the dose of rednisone（mg/d）,response duration and remission duration （days）. A group is much better than B group. Conclusion Cyclophos- phamide pulse therapy （Five-days Therapy） combined with corticosteroid is a good regimen in the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris.
