摘 要:采用稻田小区试验比较了4种农业措施对水稻潜根线虫病的防治效果,蔬菜轮作、烟草轮作、冬种蔬菜和犁冬晒白在返青期使侵入稻根的水稻潜根线虫数量分别下降88.1%、82.9%、82.9%和33.9%。测产结果表明,上述4种农业措施对水稻有效分蘖数、穗长、每穗粒数、千粒重和结实率均有不同程度的影响;与板田对照相比,使水稻增产的幅度分别为34.1%、27.5%、25.7%和11.5%。A random microplot experiment was carried out in a paddy field to evaluate the effects of 4 cultivation measures on Hirschmanniella oryzae . At the turning green stage, the 4 cultivation measures i.e. rotation with cabbage, rotation with tobacco, planting cabbage in winter, winter ploughing and fallow reduced the infections of H. oryzae by 88.1%, 82.9%, 82.9% and 33.0% respectively. At the heading stage, the control effects of the 4 cultivation measures were 57.1%, 42.2%, 25.2% and 19.1%. The yields of rice were increased by 34.1% , 27.7%, 25.7% and 11.5% respectively. The key function of the 4 cultivation measures was to significantly decrease the inoculum of H. oryzae . The significant reduction of the inoculum of H. oryzae probably resulted from the dramatic changes of the microhabitat of H. oryzae such as the rapid degradation of the remaining roots brought about by the cultivation measures.
