电针头穴对三叉神经痛模型大鼠行为学及基础痛域的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察电针头穴治疗三叉神经痛的有效性。方法:选用健康成年雄性wistar大白鼠,体重为(250±20)g,脑闩下蛛网膜下腔注射微量青霉素G-K制造大白鼠三叉神经痛样反应模型。分别观察三叉神经痛反应模型成立后,头针组、面针组、卡马西平组、模型组总发作次数,自发反应持续时间,诱发反应阳性时间。用肌电图仪测定头针组、面针组、卡马西平组、模型组因刺激大白鼠眶下神经所诱发的咬肌肌电反应的基础痛阈(引起咬肌诱发电位的最小刺激量)。结果:头针组、面针组、卡马西平组与模型组相比可明显减少大鼠三叉神经痛样反应的总发作次数,缩短自发反应持续时间及诱发反应阳性时间(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,头针组基础痛阈即刻显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:运用头针治疗三叉神经痛是一种有效的治疗方法。Objectives:The main objective of this thesis is to provide a new guidance for the treatment on trigeminal neuralgia (TN) by scalp eiectroacupuncture on TN.Methods:Model animals of TN are divided into four groups at random:the head-needling group,the face-needling group,carbamazepine group and model group.The number of the aching and its lasting time,and the induced reaction masculine time are recorded for the head-needling samples,the face-needling sam-ples,the carbamazepine-samples and the model samples,respective-ly,after the model animals trigeminal neuralgia (TN) was obtained.the basic pain threshold of the infraorbital nerve induced masseter muscle electronic reaction are measured.Results:The head-needling obviously reduced the number of the aching and its lasting time,and the induced reaction masculine time ( P < 0.01),as compared with model samples.The basic pain threshold was obviously increased in the case of the head-needling,as compared with model samples.Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture is a effective method on treating TN.
