摘　　要：目的:研究单纯性肥胖患者血液生化指标检测结果的变化。方法:采用日本奥林巴斯AU2700全自动生化分析仪对100例单纯性肥胖患者常规测定血液生化。结果:单纯性肥胖患者总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血糖(GLU)、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(CysC)水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05);而载脂蛋白A-I(ApoA-I)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血液生化检测结果和单纯性肥胖患者密切相关。Objective： To investigate the change of serum biochemical indexes in patients with simple obesity. Methods： The levels of serum biochemical indexes in 100 simple obesity patients were determined with OLYMPUS AU2700 assay system. Results：The serum levels of total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, apoprotein B （ApoB） and low density lipoprorein cholesterol （LDL-C）, glucose（GLU）,γ-glutamyhransferase（GGT）,cystatin C （CysC）in patients with simple obesity were higher than that in healthy people （P〈0.051）; The serum levels of apoprotein A-I （ApoA-I） and high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） of both groups had not difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion. The change of serum biochemical indexes and simple obesity are closely associated.
