摘　　要：目的:评价腹腔镜下胆总管探查取石术的临床疗效。方法:总结并分析本院2003年3月～2008年11月成功开展腹腔镜胆囊切除联合纤维胆道镜胆总管探查术62例的临床资料。结果:62例胆总管结石,61例手术成功,1例中转开腹。33例行胆道Ⅰ期缝合,29例置T管胆道引流。全组胆漏1例,无其他并发症,患者均痊愈出院。结论:腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆总管结石是安全有效的。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of laparoseopic common bile duct exploration.Methods：Summarized and analyzed the clinical data in 62 cases of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration carried out successfully during Mar. 2003 to Nov. 2008.Results：Among the 62 cases,61 cases were operated successfully,1 case was transferred to open operation.33 cases were performed primary suture,29 cases were put T-tube drainage.All of them were cured.Conclusion： Laparoscopic common cholangioscopy in treatment of choledocholithiasis is salty and effective.
