摘 要:现有多喷孔套筒式调流阀无量纲阀门流量系数τ和开度y的特性曲线是线性的,或是上凸的,这有利于在阀门的整个行程内允许精确的流量控制,但是不利于长管道的水击控制。文中提出了适应水击控制多喷孔套筒式调流阀的设计方法和实例,其特点是τ-y曲线是下凹曲线,可以在相同关阀条件下大大减少水击压力。The characteristic curve between the non-dimensional flow coefficient,τ, and the opening, γ is linear or convex for the existing multi-jet sleeve regulating valve. This only allows the precise flow control over the entire stroke of the valve, but is not be favorable to control the water hammer in a long pipeline. A method with the actual case for design the multi-jet sleeve regulating valve adaptable to the water hammer control is put forward herein, from which the valve designed has the property of the characteristic curve between τ and γ being concave, and then the transient pressure can be greatly reduced when the closure of the valve.
