摘 要:文中构建了水库下游居民风险承受能力指标体系。根据我国不同地区的经济社会发展情况,选取2个调查地区的水库下游居民作为调查对象进行了实例研究。通过熵权系数法确定了指标体系权重,进而得出了风险承受能力的评价结果。结果表明:在不同调查地区,风险承受能力存在着显著差异。最后,结合SPSS统计方法分析原因,给出了提高水库下游居民风险承受能力的建议。An evaluating index system of risk bearing capability of the inhabitant in downstream area of reservoir is established herein. According to the status of economic and social development within different regions in China, tbe case study is made by taking the inhabitants in two investigating areas in the downstream areas of reservoirs as the investigation objects. Based on the method of entropic coefficient, the weight of the index system is determined, and then the result of the evaluation on the risk bearing capacity is obtained. It shows that obvious discrepancies are there in different investigating areas. Finally, the causation is analyzed with SPSS and the proposals on enhancing the risk bearing capacity of the inhabitant in downstream areas of reservoir are put forward as well.
