摘  要:为了减小薄板焊接应力、防止焊接变形的产生,利用电磁锤随焊锤击装置,分别对焊后尚处于高温状态的焊趾和焊缝区金属施加一定频率的锤击力,使焊缝金属在纵向和横向都充分延展,降低了焊接残余应力。试验结果表明:电磁锤随焊锤击能降低焊接应力,同时也能改善焊接接头的残余应力分布状态,细化晶粒,能将薄板焊接应力变形控制在较低的水平。In order to reduce the welding stress and distortion in thin plate welding,A new technology is put forward which uses welding with trailing peening by electromagnetic hammer to relieve welding stress and distortion.By peening head,impulsive force with a certain frequency is applied to the metal of the welded seam and the weld toe when they are still hot after welding.Impulsive force will stretch the longitudinal and transverse compressive strain in the weld,relieving welding residual stress.The experiments show that the equipment can control welding distortion and stress,and it also can adjust the distributing states of welding residual stress,making crystalline grain thin,decreasing the thin component's welding residual stress and distortion greatly.
