滴定法测定制天南星中铝离子含量

摘　　要：目的测定不同品种不同产区制天南星饮片的铝离子含量,建立制天南星中铝离子含量测定方法。方法制天南星饮片经灰化处理后,制备供试品溶液,与乙二胺四醋酸二钠溶液(0.05mol/L)络合反应,用锌滴定液(0.05mol/L)返滴,进行定量分析。结果方法学考察符合含量测定要求,加样回收率为96.79%,RSD为1.10%(n=6);重复性和稳定性试验RSD分别为0.08%、0.11%。结论该方法操作简单,精密度、重复性和稳定性良好,有助于制天南星药材中A l3+的质量控制。Objective To establish a method to determine and compare the contents of Al^3 ＋ in Rhizoma Arisaematis Preparata from different districts, and provide a scientific evidence for quality evaluation of Rhizoma Arisaematis Preparata. Methods The herbal slices were ashed first, then made into solution. EDTA （0.05 mol/L） and ZnSO4 volumetric solution（0.05 mol/L） was applied in the complexation reaction. Results The average recovery was 96.76% ; RSD was 1.10% （ n = 6 ） ; RSD of the repeatability and stability test were 0.08% and 0.11%. Conclusion The method is simple, reproducible and accurate, and can be used for determination of the contents of A13 ＋ in Rhizoma Arisaematis Preparata.
