摘　　要：分析了电机转子铁芯加工工艺,确定了排样方案,设计了模具结构,阐述了自动叠铆技术的设计要点。该模具自投入生产后,效率高、运行稳定、寿命长。The motor rotor lamination process is analyzed and stock layout is decided. The die structure is designed and the key points concerning automatic tinertoy technology are stated. The die has the characteristics of high product efficiency, stable running and long life when it is put into operation.
