摘 要:针对精练后的真丝纤维吸湿差、静电大、难梳理的问题,对真丝纤维进行了亲水改性,并对改性前后的成网过程及水刺非织造布质量进行了对比分析。结果表明,真丝纤维亲水改性可有效减少静电,提高梳理的速度和质量,改善产品性能,适合高速梳理成网工艺。To deal with the problems of bad absorption, static and difficult to card of refined silk fiber, hydrophilic modification of raw silk was done and a contrast analysis of the web forming before and after the modification as well as the quality of the span - laced none - wovens were carried out. The result shows that the hydrophilic modification of raw silk can effectively reduce the static, improve the carding speed and quality and the product performances. It also makes the silk web forming under high carding speed capable.
