摘　　要：为了提高棉府绸织物的质量,采用预湿上浆的方法,对浆纱综合质量、织物质量的提高进行了探索。通过对比分析发现,采用预湿上浆可以提高浆纱的耐磨性、强伸性,减少毛羽,节约浆纱成本,使产品入库一等品率稳定在99.5%以上。In order to improve the quality of cotton poplin fabric, sizing integrated quality and fabric quality are explored by pre - wet method of sizing. A followed contrast analysis found that the use of pre - wet sizing, could improve the wear resistance, strength and elongation with hairiness reduction and sizing cost saved. It makes first class product be stabilized at more than 99.5%.
