铜镍不同组合化学镀层织物的研究

摘　　要：基于织物化学镀技术,对涤纶织物分别进行了化学镀镍、镀铜、镀铜镍合金以及对化学镀镍织物着铜色处理,对处理后织物的电磁波屏蔽性能进行了比较,在镀层增重率相同情况下,屏蔽性能的大小依次为镀铜织物>镀铜镍织物>镀镍织物,后者着铜色后的屏蔽性能有明显提高。Based on the fabric chemical plating technology, nickel, copper and copper nickel alloy are chemically plated on polyester fabric respectly and their shielding properties against electric magnetic wave is compared. Under the same amount of plating, the shielding performance of the copper plated fabric is better than that of the copper - nickel plated fabric which is better than that of nickel plated fabric. After copper colourcd, the nickel plated fabric shows obviously improved in its shielding performance.
