摘　　要：T-400纤维由两种不同的聚酯纤维PET和PTT并列复合纺丝而成。介绍了T-400聚酯纤维结构及其性能特征,T-400弹力牛仔布的开发思路、产品规格设计、各工序工艺参数以及生产技术要点。该产品有弹性,尺寸稳定,易打理,加工过程比氨纶织物简单,容易控制。T-400弹力牛仔布的成功开发丰富了牛仔布的品种。T - 400 fiber is composed of PET and PTT two different polyester fibers by means of side - by - side composite spinning. In this paper are introduced its structure and characters of T -400 polyester fiber as well as the developing way, product speeifieations and design, parameters of various processes and teehnieal keys in producing T - 400 elastic denim fabrie. This fabric is of elasticity, dimension stability, easy treatment and proeessing. The successfully produetion of this fabric widened the denim fabric products.
