芯纱含量对中空纱针织物性能的影响

摘　　要：选择不同芯纱比例纺制纯棉中空纱、葆莱绒中空纱以及纯棉环锭纱，采用针织结构设计了5种比例的10种中空纱针织物和3种对应细度的纯棉纱针织物。经织造、退维后测试比较13种织物的保暖率、透气率、强力、硬挺度等性能指标。分析了芯纱含量对针织物各项性能的影响，初步获得中空纱在应用于针织结构中时应采用的芯纱比例范围：当芯纱含量控制在20％-25％时性能较好。To spin pure cotton hollow yarn and prolivon hollow yarn with different core yarn proportion and spin pure cotton ring spun yam. To design 10 kinds of knitted fabrics made of 10 hollow yarns of 5 different proportion of eoro yarn and 3 kinds of pure cotton knitted fabrics in same fineness. Some main performances such as heat retention, air permeability, strength and stiffness of the 13 kinds of knitted fabrics are tested after weaving and dissolving the PVA. The impact of core yarn proportion on knitted fabric properties is analyzed with the result that： the fabric performance is the best when the core yam content is controlled within 20% -25%.
