摘　　要：构建、完善我国体育保障体系对推动、实现我国体育事业良性发展具有重要意义。通过对国内外体育保险现状的比较,我国现行体育保险保障体系存在的问题、北京奥运会对我国体育保险业的积极影响等进行综合分析,提出构建我国体育保险保障体系的建议,力求改进我国体育保险不完善、不健全的方面,以便使体育保险更好地为我国体育事业服务。Constructing and perfecting Chinese sports realizing the positive development of Chinese sports cause. guarantee system are of great significance in promoting and A comparative study into the status quo of domestic and foreign sports insurance reveals problems in Chinese current sports insurance guarantee system. Beijing Olympic Games have a positive impact on Chinese sports insurance. Suggestions are given concerning the construction of Chinese sports insurance guarantee system to improve Chinese sports insurance so that it can better serve Chinese sports cause.
