摘　　要：新民学会是五四时期的新型社团之一。它成立的思想文化基础主要有三个方面:一是以爱国主义为核心的民族精神;二是近代民主启蒙思潮;三是湖南第一师范学校民本主义的校园文化。The New Citizen Society is one of the new societies in May 4th Moment period.There are three aspects of the ideological and cultural basis of the society establishment.The first is the national spirit whose core is patriotism.The second is the enlightenment ideas of modern democracy.The third is the people-oriented campus culture in Hunan First Normal School.
