齐美尔社会形式理论对社会管理体制改革的启示

摘　　要：通过对齐美尔的社会形式理论及相关命题做了概要性论述,着重指出:用社会形式理解生活是可能的,社会形式是超越个体的新实体,并进一步以统治和货币两种社会形式为例,阐发该理论对社会管理体制改革的启示,强调理念转换、思路转型的重要性,强调各种互动形式的理论价值,强调人类自主性和交谊性的重要意义和实际价值。As a review of Georg Simmel＇s theory of social forms and reflection of social governance system reform, this article emphasizes the following statements： social forms is a reality transcending individuals, thus it is possible to understand social life via social forms. Two forms of social interaction are reviewed in detail respectively, the domination and the money. These two cases are insightful for thegovemance system reform in process： conceptual and approach transformation, the theoretical significance of various social interaction forms, the practical value of the autonomy and sociability are emphasized.
