南朝湖南人口规模探讨——以《宋书·州郡志》为中心的考察

摘　　要：通过对南朝户口资料的分析与推算,刘宋大明八年(464年)今湖南境内在籍人口共274950口,而实际人口有85万,是在籍人口的三倍多。湖南的人口规模反映了东晋南朝南方人口的增长幅度并没有想象中大,而且在地域之间存在较大差异。Through analyzing the account data of Southern Dynasties, we calculated the registered population within the bounds of what is now called Hunan was 274,950 in the 8th year of the Reign Title of Darning （464）. But the actual population was 8.5 million and more than three times of the registered population. The population size of Hunan reflected the population increase of southern area in Eastern Jin and Southern Dynasties wasn＇t as great as what thought, and there had a big difference between the areas.
