摘 要:1992~1995年的研究结果表明,河北省春麦区麦长管蚜(Macrosiphum avenae Fab.)是传播小麦黄矮病毒的优势种群,占张家口坝上、坝下及承德麦蚜发生总量的94.75%~100%。有翅蚜迁入麦田的时期和数量是影响春麦黄矮病发生程度的重要因素。张家口坝上小麦黄矮病毒株系以麦二叉蚜、麦长管蚜株系(GAV)占绝对优势,张家口坝下及承德地区的株系种类较为复杂,除以GAV株系为主外,存在禾缢管蚜、麦长管蚜、麦二叉蚜株系(PAGV)及麦二叉蚜、麦长管蚜株系(GAV)与禾缢管蚜、麦长管蚜(PAV)株系的复合感染。该研究为春麦区的病害防治及培育抗病品种提供了依据。A survey on the aphid vectors of BYDV was carried out in the spring wheat area of Hebei Province during 1992 - 1995. The results showed that Macrosiphum ave-nae Fab. was the main aphid vector population, of which the incidence was from 94. 75% to 100%. The migration time of winged aphids in to wheat fields and its quantity was important factors affecting the severity of the disease. The results of biological and ELISA detection indicated that GAV strain was the most predominant in the high land area of Zhangjiakou Perfecture. The strains of BYDV were more complicated in Baxia, the lower land of Zhangjiakou and Chengde Perfecture. A complex infection of PAGV and PAV was detected besides that of GAV strain.
