摘 要:为探索楝科植物红果米仔兰的杀虫活性,本试验以生物活性跟踪法对该种植物的叶的活性成分进行了初步研究,并测定了活性物质对斜纹夜蛾幼虫的毒力。叶的甲醇抽提物活性高于氯仿抽提物和石油醚抽提物。甲醇抽提物经氯仿萃取,所得萃取物通过柱层析,分离得到的4号流份F_4有最高活性。F_4对斜纹夜蛾4龄幼虫的拒食中浓度(AFC_(50))为0.12%,致死中浓度(LC_(50))为0.13%,抑制生长发育中浓度(EC_(50))为0.21%。F_4所含的化合物种类有待于进一步研究。Preliminary study on insecticidal components of the leave extracts of Aglaia odorata var. chaudocensis and their toxicity against Spodoptera litura was carried out by bioassy-driven separation. The insecticidal activity of methanol extract was higher than that of chloroform extract and petroleum extract. The methanol extract was partitioned by chloroform, then column chromatography of chloroform partitioning on neutral alumina gave 5 fractions, in which Fraction 4 was more active than others. Toxicity of Fraction 4 on larva of 5. litura was studied. The medium antifeeding concentration (AFC50) against the 4th instar larva of 5. litura was 0. 12% , the LC50 was 0. 13% , and EC50(concentration inhibiting growth by 50 % relative to control) was 0. 21%. The identification of the active ingredient contained in Fraction 4 relies on intensive further study.
