摘 要:油菜素内酯类是一组新型植物激素,表油菜素内酯是最常用的一种。本文用不同浓度的表油菜内酯对生长在水分胁迫条件下的光亮桉苗木进行了处理,与对照对比,10-8mol浓度的表油菜内酯能提高苗木水势0.4MPa~0.75MPa,并且该浓度处理与对照之间存在显著差异。这种结果表明10-8mol浓度的表油菜素内酯减轻了苗木水分胁迫,促进了苗木的水分吸收。Different concentrations of 24 epibrassinolide, one of brassinosteroids (a new group of plant growth promoting substance),were sprayed on the leaves of Eucalyptus nitens seedlings grown under water stress conditions. The results showed that significant differences were demonstrated between solvent control and plants treated with 10 -8 mol 24 epibrassinolide but not between the solvent control and other treatments. The water potentials of plants with 10 -8 mol 24 epibrassinolide treatment were 0.4 0.75 MPa higher than the solvent control. This suggested that 10 -8 mol 24 epibrassinolide can relieve water stress and improve water uptake of seedlings of E. nitens.
