摘　　要：研究一国居民的边际消费倾向,对于制定各项经济政策、调整产业结构、优化资源配置、启动城乡居民消费、转变经济增长方式、促进国民经济又好又快发展,具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。在着力贯彻科学发展观,努力转变经济增长方式之际,居民的边际消费倾向理应成为经济增长的微观基础。针对近年来中国边际消费倾向的现状,分析其产生的原因,研究其对经济增长的影响,并提出了提高中国边际消费倾向的政策建议。Studying on marginal preference of consumption（MPC） is very important for formulating economic policy,regulating economic structure and promoting economic growth.The author believes that MPC is the microcosmic base of economic growth.This study analyzes the present situation,studies the cause of MPC decline,and indicates the impact of MPC decline on economic growth.Some policy suggestions are proposed for promoting the MPC in China.
