民营矿业发展研究综述

摘　　要：改革开放以来重新出现的民营矿业发展迅速,占据了矿业的半壁江山,并受到学者们的关注。从民营矿业的界定,民营矿业的发展历程、发展现状、投资、融资、法律法规、历史地位等方面对理论界的研究成果进行了梳理,并指出了民营矿业未来研究的方向。Since the reform and opening,the reappeared private-operated mining industry has made rapid development and occupied half of the mining industry in China,which has aroused the scholars′ attention.This thesis combs the theorists′ research results in the aspects of definition,development process,development situation,investment,financing,laws and regulations,and historical situation of privately operated mining industry,and the future studying direction for privately operated mining industry is proposed.
